The soil that cannabis is grown in has as much to do with the final product as sourcing excellent seeds. Skimping out on soil could lead to insect infestation or a failed crop. The soil should be able to drain well along with maintaining a pH level between 6.5 and 7.5 since cannabis doesn’t do well in highly acidic soil.

Make sure roots are fully developed before transplant, don't just jump on a clone with a few spindly roots starting out. I know I got too eager when I started growing and never was able to start on the right foot because I wasn't waiting long enough...

Please have some patience. It sometimes takes 10 days for a seed to sprout. The paper towel method is not recommended because you must handle the seeds when transferring them from the paper towel to your growing medium.
