That's about as long as you've been promising to show lab tested data for your lights. Don't get defensive bro, but since this is the same thread you typed that in, where is that information again? I'm legitimately interested, as are a lot of people. You sure did huff and puff an awful lot about how your lights are the best, says so right above me. I think you you CLAIM to have the highest system and chip efficiency of anyone on the market. It could be complete bullshit, but you'll say it anyway to make a buck. And now two months later...nada. Again, I look forward to those results.

I'm rooting for the DIYers to be right about Cree efficiency numbers, preferably proven on your dime. You should certainly have enough of dimes, after bragging about all the lights you've sold with bullshit claims like above.

You should spend less time calling people out, bragging that you invented pin heat sinks (and probably taught China how to manufacture them), and whining about how everybody rips you off and more time...I don't know, being a youtube star or whatever you do. Anything but grumping about on here whining and self-promoting.

Are you saying that you want to see the same paper theory and build layouts...actually you just want to talk about them? as long as it's in the first post and it can be edited?
I'm just trying to get it straight so I don't put words in your mouth like that you wanted to see something other than the same thing over and over. My bad.

The paper talk is not going to change, no matter who does the math or screams it from the rooftops since april 10 2016. Imagine what it would be like to do it for another 5 years.
But real world applications and documented results do change situation to situation, grower to grower. Sometimes a lot, sometimes not much at all. Those real world examples give the people that don't contribute something to parrot. And when there is more than one or two example to parrot...you start seeing different things.

If I was new to LED's I would not feel confident taking "advice" and recommendations by people who have never used what they recommend, and/or by people who don't have experience in what they preach. And that is exactly how I was when I was new, I saw through the smoke and mirrors, and ended up with Apache. I looked for who was doing the best, and had the data(real and paper) to back it.

So, to keep this on track, unless you want to attempt to deflect again with wordplay. What were your results with the 600w. What does your DIY have to live up to?

OMG, thank you! To many guys that have no experience are hassling real growers & parroting info they don't actually apply to anything first hand. I'm sick of it. There's a whole WAD of them on here. Making it impossible to spread the truth or learn the truth about anything.

Not sure what you're talking about. All my post are here, haven't come or gone since I put them up, maybe a spelling edit at best, ut is noted by a time stamp.

I don't understand how asking for results is "calling someone out"???? it's a simple question...what are the results of the things you have ben preaching? that is not calling out, that is the real world...welcome to it.

So please...either answer the question, or go jack off to some data sheets. Otherwise you should stop unfoundedly attack me and my business. It's really childish to jump to the "no...you are" defense because you were asked something that you don't exactly have the right answer to, and I'm just trying to help you not look like a fool. I and PLC are nothing but proud of everything we offer and stand behind them.

Amare, PLC, even Mars. That crazy light curtain shit. Bridgelux, Samsung, Nichia, Citizen...when talking about COBs, it -really- all grows. Eyes that function is all the proof you need of that. It's nuts and bolts lighting, only tangentially related to weed. At this point it's about spectrum and efficiency and keeping up to date with manufacturers until you start really tweaking, fucking with far red and UV, and doing side by sides.

I'd love to see an Amare vs Cree COBs only. Love it.

Honestly, I'd be happy to be the worst grower here....well, bottom 25th percentile. I've seen some sad ladies from Chinese blurplers ocassionally, but pretty much 100% awesome from the regulars. My ego just isn't tied up in it after 20 on and off years of black thumbing it in my bedroom or closet or dorm room. I like to garden inside, outside, whatever, it's all good. I live in an area where there is always somebody bigger and badder than me, who cares? Not me, and not here. Nothing to prove, feel free to have the biggest cock.

Just don't say 1+1=3. That's when the trouble starts. Facts vs good growers with real wacky ideas about how the universe works.

@coughphee.connoiseur is right. I meant pure Cree COB, don't care if it's PLC or not. Was typing fast, fixed and thanks.

By the way, I know you are a fan, but I'm pretty sure Amare wouldn't have cob lights if not for this forum. That's the word on the street, that Victor learned about them here, so...not sure how that works with the originality narrative.

They sure are pretty though.
