I don't think there is anything foolish about figuring out who wants to kill you. I am concerned with the categories used by all hate groups, because I want to know when I happen to fall into their cross hairs. If you think that Jews have historically been considered white, you are the one in need of remedial summer school.

"History" doesnt enter into it. "White" is a nebulous term. The category or label of white is not defined by any genetic, ancestral or geographical factor. Its a culturally defined term. White is a color, a pigmentation.

Youre saying that jews who lived in say Rome since Roman times were not considered white? How so? When passed on the street they appear white in color. Do you mean by your ideological definition you could define them by something other than their skin color?

Jews have always been Jews and will always be Jews meaning they have always been treated as an other and will be for the foreseeable future .
As for Jews being white being a modern concept, I can see where he sees that.
Through assimilation and their socioeconomic rise some Jews seem to have gained some of the privileges and acceptance of American white people. Look at how deeply ingrained they are in both party's campaigns and policymaking. I went to boarding school and some of the more politically conservative and wealthy Jewish kids were accepted by the white kids as equals but when there were no more minorities around the Jewish kids ate shit from the white kids, got picked on, got their rooms broken into. An uneasy acceptance at best.
