My grow is going well mate, my plants went back to flower last week so just waiting to find out the sexes. I'll post up some detailed pics over the wknd or monday night. They're all looking very nice though so far!
Yeah poor James had issues with his a/c or something so had to trash his plants due to landlord coming round, think he's back up now though.

Yeah man, they're trucking along well, should turn out real nice!
Yeah wasn't much James could do, the a/c carked it so he had people coming round to fix it! Still, landlords can't just turn up...mine was doing it not long ago, I got stuck into him and haven't seen him since ha ha.

Yeah I'd say he will mate, until something breaks anyway ha ha.
I must admit, he hasn't done a proper inspection in the 4 years I've lived here so I'm happy with that. I do agree though, inspections are an invasion of privacy!

of interest in the above germination rates - the ak48 despite obvious suffering from root rot disease during growth the resulting beans expressed most vigour during germination
the rasperry kush purp pheno feminized beans have shown very low vigour, possibly from incompatible gene combination?
surprising low germ rate for the C99 too?
but very happy with the germ rates of GDP, jackpot royale & DGOG, & these 3 will be served as mains in next seasons outdoor grow, SD x C x R is great but too stinky to have outside in general... ohhhh ok then...maybe just a few!

test germination rate of cannaventure raspberry kush cacao chocolate non purp pheno is 10 out of 10!, very glad to see this figure as these raspberry kush fems are the first feminized types ive pollinated, was not sure how they would go, disappointed in the low germ rate of the purp pheno but happy with cacao pheno's fertility , inspired now to dust burning bush nurseries key lime pie & sunset sherbert & CV pure animal fems with suitable donor male/s...come on summer!

LED grow is going well man, transplanted the girls out the other day so they are rocketing along now.
Going to get the road kill skunk project going in the next few weeks, just waiting for a midweek song order to arrive!!

I didn't buy any roadkill man, I'm trying my hand at recreating it from really old seeds. I've heard good things about KC Brains afghani so I'm throwing some into the mix to see if they are worthy of breeding with. Can't say if I'll find the roadkill due to low numbers, but we'll see. I'm also going to make a jack herer x skunk 1 cross too, Flowamasta's blew me away, I want to create something similar

good spirit man, exact opposite of many growers here, im happy to do the same though mine may have that root rot infection on the beans? dunno, recently got feedback from someone i gifted some seeds earlier this year who lives 30km away, his resulting crop from my beans showed the exact same disease symptoms as mine, his area never had any issues like my area before? dunno...

Yeah I don't see the point of hoarding a strain, if it's good and what people want, I'm happy to send it out! I'm no breeder, just want people to have good weed!!
I've actually heard similar things bro, a close friend had the same issue with beans he got from overseas, he never had issues prior to getting the beans and the guy he got them off had the exact issue! You would think that eventually, the strain would build immunity to it but if its systemic, they find it hard to adapt! The story of evolution my friend!!

I dunno man, could be coincidental too, nature has a way of these things occuring when the time is right. If it keeps happening to your mate, just tell him to stop using the beans you gave him.
