Great customer service? I just went to their website and when I went to ask a question on their chat the little chat bot "FLO" LIED TO ME PRETENDING A PERSON WAS THERE!! It goes "How can I help you".. So I type out my long hard to write question and the Flo chat bot replied back saying they weren't there right now leave an email address so they can get back to me. This website is engaging in shady business practices and it seems the smart thing to do is not deal with them..

I'm really sorry about this! Flo has actually been covering the live chat today, but we did have some on and off problems with our internet connection today, which is why he couldn't get back to you on time.
The system we're using sends out an automated message to you after a certain amount of time, so we can make sure that your answer gets answered even if we currently can't answer the live chats.
