I got a bag seed girl 24" that got chewed up pretty bad by grass hoppers outside and was going to be eaten to nothing very soon, so I'm trying out some sylvania ultra led bulbs out to see if she likes it, I put in 4 a21s (2700k 15w) and a br30(5k 8w) in the center of a 5 way box and socket plugs that screw into it, drilled a hole in the cover for the hot wire. So now it looks like a spider w 4 bulbs as legs and 1 in the middle. This is just a basic test to see if it will recover and be ok. This is a solitary plant in a segregation unit away from any other plants to see what happens. If it works great, if it doesn't the bulbs will be used around the house no loss there. Any chance she will be ok? Apx 20% leaf damage all over but no yellowing or drooping. She is in a tall cabinet w air flow. And the 5 bulbs, by the box(lmao) I would have the equivalent of 465 watts worth of power going to them. All for 64w of draw, I'll believe it if I see it lol. Just trying it out as a decontamination box and recovery space.

She might go in to flower because of the major lighting intensity change but will revert to veg. Just my experience going from outdoors to indoors.

Should be fine.....just remember you're bring it from the great outdoors which means expect that every bad bug has eggs on the plant and in the soil.

Hence the quarantine box, if I can keep her happy and clone off her when the main room goes into full swing I will be happy, if she suffers too much she will have to go back outside under a bug screen or something. She has some smell but haven't seen any major bud growth yet, might of fought her just in time to save her. If it wasn't the best dang strain I have ever had to relieve my ms spasms I wouldn't even of messed w saving her. Some of us don't need super thc levels for pain relief. I personal don't like the "high" feeling, I like being able to walk without a cain and not black out over the pain.

I have a small momma plant under(3) 9.5W bulbs. I removed the diffuser from the bulbs for approx 10% more lumens than stated on the box.
They are 3000K and have been working wonderfully at vegging momma for about 2 months. I wish I could find these lights in higher than 3000K, but they work well. I cant imagine what you having for lights being less effective than what I know works first hand.
In this picture I was using 6 of the 9.5W bulbs for a large 5gal momma.

Had to pull he over a bit due to were she was gorilla stile outside, pic sucks but a general idea of what the experiment is, will white paper inside help reflectivity? This is very temporary as in 30 days or less till the room is 100% ready. By then I will know if and of what type of bugs she might be harboring.

Im not shure how the brand you have are, but most of these bulbs -the diffuser just pops off ( somethimes with the help of a small screwdriver. They are usually siliconed on. Pop thos off and direct the light right down on the plant. I keep about 6" from the top of the plant.

There's much mor light coverage than what the pic makes it look like for sure, and yes I water with ice due to no ac, seems to help some on the leaf burn but outside in 110* summer Heat causes some browning every time we're I'm at.

Ok I hacked a cover, it's a hexagon shaped 48 led setup in the 100w wannabes, when they go off for the night I will do the other 3, the bases seem to get realy hot, to hot to touch so I used the fan some more to help them cool a bit better

watt for watt the 15-16W ("100 W replacements") are a lot more efficient than the 6-11W bulbs.

i havent seen a 15-16W bulb under 100 lm/W
i havent seen a 6-11W bulb over 100 lm/W
