More evidence that justice pays more attention to your bank account over your skin color. The variable is the jury. It is true they often aquitted whites for killing blacks in the old days, but that doesn't happen anymore and hast in the lifetime of anyone without lots of wrinkles. Jurys were indifferent to black defendants in the old days, eager to get them if the victim was white. But now they're less apathetic.
Someone's gotta stay outside and make the money it costs to house those people.
When I said the jury is the variable, I meant from the old days to today. There aren't racist juries anymore. That will let a white off for crimes against a black... There could still be a apathy towards poor black defendants. But well funded defendants do well with juries regardless of color of defendant.These guys had juries dude?
