Why isn't Phil Mickelson in Jail?

There ought to be a law...

oh, wait.

Nevermind.

The answer is that certain kinds of behavior previously understood to be insider trading are now effectively legal—or at least not prosecutable. More than 20 years after the imprisonment of Ivan Boesky, the infamous arbitrageur, it’s become vastly harder to convict someone for insider trading—the result of several years of legal challenges that handed Wall Street an enormous victory. An appeals court ruling in December 2014 basically legalized the don’t-ask, don’t-tell information-gathering model employed by many hedge funds; it’s now OK to trade on questionable information that one receives secondhand, as long as you don’t know too much about how it was obtained.

Why ain't Bush, Cheney, Rice, Obama, Hillary, Biden or even Kissinger not in prison??

Oh, that's right, only poor people go to prison as we have seen with OJ and Jackson.

More evidence that justice pays more attention to your bank account over your skin color. The variable is the jury. It is true they often aquitted whites for killing blacks in the old days, but that doesn't happen anymore and hast in the lifetime of anyone without lots of wrinkles. Jurys were indifferent to black defendants in the old days, eager to get them if the victim was white. But now they're less apathetic.

Someone's gotta stay outside and make the money it costs to house those people.

Not like they were winning at life anyway...

When I said the jury is the variable, I meant from the old days to today. There aren't racist juries anymore. That will let a white off for crimes against a black... There could still be a apathy towards poor black defendants. But well funded defendants do well with juries regardless of color of defendant.

On topic to OP.

Martha went to jail for what? When you get the peace and love, I mean, what else do you really need? Mo money? Why? You already got what you need. Why? Popular opinion. People think mo money means respect. They covet so they have no worries, but, truth is, with worries comes experience.

So why does an already rich person go to the worries for mo money than they need? Hmm. Interesting behaviour. When you move away from popular opinion and into te peace and love you realize, it's all an illusion of the mind created for you.
