strange growths on roots of dying cannabis plant!! help

Well if you grow in this spot on a regular basis and your sure your roots aren't coming into contact with nothing nasty in the ground ....then just keep a close eye and keep us posted on what you try and if anything works I've never seen that before ....I'm actually very near to you and it sucks to have a problem now cause all the funs just about to begin on our girls ......good luck

Do you think it could possibly just be a kind of genetic freak thing with that plant having those deformations ....totally guessing btw I'm curious

i have seen plants do this genetically as far as the yellowing on the leafs but they did it from seed to finish but i dont know... this plant just started doing it the last two weeks.. as far as the roots be a genetic thing i dont know... it was a very strong green plant the first 4 months of life and i didnt notice it at any transplant .. i have not grown this strain be for, i got two females from the 5 seeds i planted and the other pheno is doing really well. it could just be a a bum pheno and had some kind of genetic trigger or something i dont know. it is a haze looking pheno to and ive heard haze strains are tough to grow. would of been a 3 4 ponder i know that.. makes me sad hope i can get it worked out here the next two weeks.. first pic is from June 16th she is happy in that one. the second one is from june 26th still some what happy and the 3rd was taken july 17th taken maybe a week after it started slowing down and getting yellow

yeah it dosnt look horrible in the last pic but all the fan leafs are still just slowly yellowing dying and falling off and new growth has slowed way down and lost its color ill take another pic tonight and you'll see.

Ya il be keeping my eye out for those pics later .....as far as that last pic goes above ..I've seen a lot worse than that do decent in the past ....so if the problem doesn't progress to fast you may do better than you think

if you have monocropped this particular plot then you stand the chance of breeding a pathogen in the soil that is specific to the monocropped plant. this is why sustenance farming is a modern flop (even though we depend on it as a society). plant some legumes after this crop, then some other kind of plant family. pumpkins, kale, whatever, just not not hemp or cannabis for a season. plant your cannabis a few meters away from this spot next time. come back to it after growing a few other families and then some legumes.

your problem is caused by a bacterial infection. it happens to leaves as well. they are all nodule forming. you'll see nodules on the leaves as well. my experience with this is in 50year+ pecan trees

at this point is there anything that could be done if this is the cause??

follow the recipe on the label for foliar use and just water it in. if there is a soil recipe on the label that i forgot about then follow that. i just use like a T per gallon for PM and such with a tsp of dish soap to suspend the oils better

So what about the peroxide watering people talk about is there any validity to that .....

maybe im just over critical of my self..the things on the roots and the yellowing still concerns me a bit and its over all growth pattern and slowing down and loseing the vigor it had isn't right for a healthy plant.. this is what a healthy plant should look like... but theirs not much i can do but keep in eye on here and dont push her to hard...

Im not sure nematodes would work for this. I believe theyre to fight insects. But if they work against fungal/bacterial infections then yea i dont see why that wouldnt work.

Yes that would work as well. A combination would be ok too.

Neither of which will eradicate the problem but will help it fight the infection long enough to flower and die.

A beneficial microbe should be added weekly with a food source into this garden. For example, the lactoserum, EME, IMO, kombucha, whatever can be used in your arsenal.

To solve the problem faster than starting these cultures would, go to the pharmacy and get a bottle of probiotic tablets.

Use one-two tablets per gallon of water with 1-2T molasses. Disolve and aerate it and replace your watering with this once a week. So, like a 5gal pail would need 5-10tablets and 1/3 - 2/3c of molasses. The neem can be added to this as well.
