Depends on the smell! Definitely readd the pump and give it a go but a few hours off shouldn't be too bad hopefully... If it goes bad it'll smell putrid. Then you should pitch it.

It ended up smelling a little gross so i just dumped it on my grapes i made a new batch and this is probably one of the better ones ive made its about number 10 or so its definitely the sweetest smelling it smelld just like the hi brix i also used a little catalyst in this batch im still making my inoculant with the rice, milk and hi brix

I noticed the order in which i add everything changes it a little i saw a video where the guy used catalyst the first day and let it eat up all the available food to starve them a little and then added molasses next day any thoughts on that?

Yea i dont really know much about that. I've mixed some steel cut oats in with my compost...sprayed them with water with a bit of Molasses...put it in a Tupperware thing for a week...until it gets a nice mycelium cover then throw it into the compost tea. That gives your fungal bacteria a headstart to develop.

When the sweet molasses smell changes into more of an earthy smell that's how I know my tea is ready to use.
