Hydrobuddy not working in Windows 10

Does anyone know of a fix or a way to get Hydrobuddy 1.4 or 1.5 to work in Windows 10? I really need this program. I have attached two screenshots, the first is what happens when I attempt to install version 1.5 and the second is after I successfully install version 1.4 but then it fails to launch. Choosing the "OK" option only kills the program in both cases.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

MisterBlah.....you are my best friend!!!! Do you want to go do karate in the garage? This totally worked!!!!!! Thank you as always!

For anyone else having this problem here's what I did following MistarBlah's advice:

1) First I downloaded and installed version 1.4 because 1.5 wouldn't install.

2) Then went into compatibility settings and chose to run it with Win XP settings (Win 7,8 didn't work) and save compatibility settings for this program

3) Then ran program

4) Program prompted me to update which didn't work, but then I installed version 1.5 and it installed and ran fine

Problem solved!

Do you want to make bunk beds? It will give us more room for activities!
