bryan oconner,Proof that for just over 150 quid 158 to be exact you can grow your self decent med's,after next week i will give a final amount weight wise.That inc everything used in this grow fans lights ext,even the seed....Start of week 8 today,proof is in the eating or should i say smoking once its dried and cured,even though i will have to sample a bit has soon has dry,there heavy the buds too no give at all in them so i think a few may be suprised me for one .

I dont think people dispute that blurble grow OK flowers. I've confirmed this myself with pics of plants I grew with my mars 900.

The fact is that mars vs diy is no contest. Far bigger buds all along the stem, better flavor and presentation, less energy consumed, exponentially better yield. Low cost isn't really that low, is the whole point.

Hey "bro." What kind of COB DIY set up are you running?

I tested and own a Mars Hydro 600w. It is okay if you use it with a HPS next to it but I was not impressed. I am more of a newbie. If I could do it again - I would have spent 2.5 to 3x more and gotten a LEC 315W. I am not a light snob though. I really want to try to do a DIY COB.
