I need help!!!

I wanna start off by saying that I have done a few outdoor grows before and they been only one plant at a time and never ran into these problems. So I don't know what to do and go about it. My plants looks weird. I have 6 plants total only three of these are looking like this the others are just fine and normal. I'm also having problems with green grasshopper. If any one can help me with any of these problems it would be highly appreciated.
So my questions are what is wrong with my plant?
What products can I use to fix this?

The grasshopper is not doing this. It could be something in the soil with that plant, it looks near dead.

The research I've done and seen reading books etc. Makes me lean toward you got a serious root issue with that plant ....bad drainage stagnant water over watered etc

So what would u recommend to do next? What can I do to help it? Or should I just cleave it alone as lost and let it die
