More nutrient help

I don't know why this is just coming to me me but I have been using botanicare cns17 vegetative. That has an NPK of 3-1-2. That seems no where near recommended levels. Is it because I'm feeding the plant every watering that it's maintaining well? Should I be feeding my plant cal-mag, molasses, or something else completely. I am about to enter flowering and I have nutrients from botanicare that are also no where near the "required" NPK for weed. It does call to be fed every feeding though.

where are you getting your info for NPK?

3-1-2 is perfect for veg

i use 1-1-2 for bloom
cal/mg if needed.

I'm getting the info from the thread on this site called "The Best NPK"
Some say 10-5-5 for veg
Some say 15-8-9 or 20-20-20 for veg
For flowering some are saying
3-13-13
20-50-30

They are all over the place but they are all pretty damn high. I'm so confused.

what are you doing? soil, hydro? etc. more info is needed for sure.

i'm a general hydro fan. flora duo is what i'm using now for hydro. floranova veg and bloom are good 1 part nutes
I am using soil (FFOF), and I'm growing outdoors. I'll look into those. Honestly, the only reason I got the botanicare is because it was $8 a quart. Nutes I've used in the past were considerably more than that. I was wanting to see the the difference and I've been very happy with the botanicare. I was just making sure that I wasn't depriving my plants of anything. I'll look into the floranova as I've heard many good things about them as well

i don't spend much on nutes. A and B, cal/mg, silica. that's it.

you'll like the floranova bloom for soil. it's kinda too thick for hydro in my opinion but it should kill it in dirt.

The NPK on the floranova I just looked at is 4-8-7. That's more nitrogen than in currently using in veg. Isn't the nitrogen supposed to be lower in flowering? Or is okay because I'm not using it every feeding?

3-1-2 for veg
1-3-2 or 1-2-2 for bloom
Supplement calmag with RO water or when growing in coco coir.

This is only a general guidelines but what's important is you need a lot of N in veg and very little N in bloom (less the further into bloom).
Ive changed P and K around a lot and haven'tseen any difference unless there's a deficiency.
