it does say that exorcise and drinking a lot of water will help get the metabolite out of your system faster..
i still think you should be fine, but if you're that worried about it, go to a drug store and buy a home drug test kit for cocaine and take it a day or two prior to your real test and see what it says..
i still think you should be fine with 2 week lead time..

I'm not a doctor, but judging off your height/weight it seems your metabolism is working well. You should be fine. When testing for cocaine they usually don't test for the drug itself but the metabolite Benzoylecgonine that is present.
The metabolite Benzoylecgonine, which is produced after the ingestion of cocaine, differs from marijuana because Benzoylecgonine is water soluble and so it's passed out of the body more quickly.
I'm not an "expert", but did learn a bit as a UA in the Army.

Seriously though, its why hard drugs are preferred. Leave the body faster.


When I was in the military it was common to do group testing. They would combine the groups samples and test. If anything showed they would do individual test. It allowed time for the drugs to leave the system.

It would have been hilarious :) We did similar testing when I was in Germany, plus we would give everyone a heads up. Our commanders were doing shit too, so it was a quid pro que.

Its kool im behaving lately anyway....cost of living up here is bullshit. 93 today.....impressive cause im by the canadian international border in vermont.
