Even the huge fan leaves at the very bottom? I'm aware of lollipopping but it is the huge fan leaves covering the pot i'm unsure about...

They grew there for early growth now they don't get much light so it won't bother the plant to take them off. Come on you can do it......

You don't have to worry too much if you keep a fresh air flow in your tent. Mold needs both still air and high humidity to work. My humidity was as high as 80% during lights off no mold though.

Do you have a high CFM fan pulling the stale air out and bringing fresh air in?

Thanks for the reply, I have a 5inch inline rhino extracting the stale air and a 4inch rhino bringing air in from my bedroom into the tent. I have my window open in my bedroom to get some fresh air in. I then have an oscillating fan and one clip on inside the tent circulating the air.

I guess there's some new trend, but I've never thought twice about trimming anything off the bottom of the plant. It's the first thing to fall off in flower and it really gets annoying to water. I would be uncomfortable with my humidity over 65% in flower. Overall, your plant looks great.

Could the high humidity be coming from the air i'm pulling from my bedroom into the tent? I've ordered a bunch of disposable dehumidifiers. Going to stick a couple in my bedroom and a couple in the tent. Has anyone ever used these with success?

That's good! You'll find that applying LST and keeping a fresh air flow will go a long way to helping you achieve an over all better product. All I know is that the biggest and best buds I see posted online come from plants that haven't had any modern marijuana magic done on them, just simple plants that have been topped and trained, no pruning or lollipopping. Your plant is going to provide energy to grow your buds regardless of the leafs and trimming them off is just giving you less sites for your plant to be absorbing energy. The LST goes a long way too helping each solar panel of your plant be exposed to as much light as possible.

Check the humidity of your bedroom but I highly doubt it. Plants transpire and raise the humidity in the area around them. In a small enclosed space like a grow closet even a few plants can raise the humidity up. My tent was at 20% humidity and as my plant has grown over the last month the humidity now sits at 40%. You might get large sways in humidity and yes it is better to lower it during flowering but as long as you keep that fresh air going it'll be alright.

As far as those de-humidifier packs go I tried them and didn't like them. They didn't do diddly squat for my tent and they just turn into a nasty looking mess after awhile. The little smells absorbents melt and it can be easily tipped over if you're not paying attention.

Your best bet would be to just save up the dough and get an electric dehumidifier.

That certainly looks like it would fit the bill. Sadly when it comes to growing quality cannabis I've discovered price isn't something you can skimp on. Always go for quality because you get gear that way you can carry over into future grows.

As for the condensation on your leafs is it persistent or just at lights on? As long as you don't have heavy long standing moisture you should be good. So long as that condensation is clearing up you shouldn't have to worry about bud rot or anything like that.

take this opportunity to take some clones from the (low)lowers, just cut whatever you need off the top, the other branches will catch up. apply scrog.

You can almost talk to your plant by proper pruning. Clip here let it grow there and you can almost get the plant to grow to your liking. I'm just getting better at this. You figure out what works best for you and you lady. I don't think you have a humidity issue don't spent money try a quick clip just be careful. I don't clip a fan leaf unless there is an aux fan leaf growing on the same stem. And if it looks under developed or raggy just clip it The plant will use a lot of nuits trying to make that leaf lush. Just keep it even and don't spend any cash till you try it

You can also just apply LST and achieve a better over all affect. Trimming your plant just rids the plant of the panels it uses to form and process it's energy. You'll find very little difference between a pruned and one that has not come harvest time. Not trying to cramp your grow style just putting in that the benefits of pruning pale in comparison to LST.

I don't do anything special I just drop the water between the spaces on the leafs onto the soil or wherever I can get it without drenching the plant. My watering can is a cheap dollar store 1.3 L plastic can with a handle and long spout for smoothing pouring. I also don't care if water gets on my leafs I have minimal additional nutrients in my water and the worst thing it does and leaf little tiny stains on my leafs.

I use a 5g bucket with vinyl tube attached so I can water all the ladies from one mix of solution. The tube is about the same diameter as that spout. I hate splashing nute solution on my leaves and having it spill on the floor and I really like to see what's going on. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

There really isn't if it's hampering your watering and their not going to add anything to overall plant health or yield, plant won't miss em. I wouldn't do it in flower though, not sure if it matters, I just wouldn't lol.

I do have one other problem though, one of my plants is 13 inches from the light and i've raised up the light as far as poss. They are only 11 days into flower so i'm guessing it's still got a few days more growing to do... Any tips suggestions how close i can let it get to the light without it burning? Do i need to tie it down or something? I've never had to do this so any help much appreciated. Thankyou everyone for your help, appreciate everyones opinion.

You can super-crop or LST. Depends on how thick the stem you need to bend is. There are stickies for both.

I do have one other problem though, one of my plants is 13 inches from the light and i've raised up the light as far as poss. Sounds good man yea no condensation is good as long as it's evaporating at lights on you're good.

As far as your tall plant goes I would tie her down some if you're afraid of her stretching. The plant will go where you tie it to given the stem is bendy enough. I tie mine down when they are young and bendy to get bush like plants.

This plant is tied down by 5-6 bits of plant training wire. Without LST she would be nearing a foot tall but thanks to LST she isn't even clearing four inches off the soil yet and she continues to bush out. Noticeably bigger every day.
