Dimensions are 36''x28'', I used 1/8'' thick 3/4'' angled aluminum. Cut the frame with a miter-saw with metal cutting blade, drilled the holes to mount the heat sinks with a 3/16'' bit to account for any error and make putting together fairly easy. I tried with a 9/64'' but was off on a couple so just went the next step up. I attached the heat sinks to the 36'' pieces to ensure everything would line up right. Drilled the holes of the rivets one at a time with the 9/64'' bit, then snapped the 1/8'' rivets just like that. Drill rivet, drill, rivet.
Once the frame was together, I detached the heat sinks and spray painted the frame black for looks. Let it dry which took about 5 minutes because its so damn hot, added another coat and let that dry. I wired it all up in series with 18 awg 600v max solid wire, soldered all my connections to the driver, and taped everything up separately, nice and neat. Double checked all my connections, then took a minute to think of everything that could go wrong, before I forced myself to plug it into the outlet.
Ahhhh, it works
