Really? Never heard that. Maybe if they are unstable strains lol we never had hermied but all the strains I have a pretty stable

Just remember light mist no drench you just need to get it on the plants and not even all of them

@Stonironi just a suggestion, look up russet mites. Impossible to see, symptoms mimic deficiencies and they live off the resins. plants never seem to finish. buddy of mine finally diagnosed his issue after months of frustrations. now he has more frustrations trying to deal with them but at least he knows what the issue is.

They are getting nuked for the next couple of weeks . If it clears up then it was bugs and if not it is something else ? I don't have a clue , my Rugburn has trichome it is only 3 weeks in though so we will see in like 6 weeks

I don't nuke in flower I'd rather trash it, blast it and start over. It's why I'm so diligent during veg to keep my shit clean and always changing clothes to go into my flower room

Yeah you have helped me a lot . I'm gonna watch the plants like a hawk . I am positive that it is getting more spots. I have stopped using the kind soil and the plants are now in tlo soil that I made. I will check out the long term p . I know that he sets his soil for reuse and that may be why? I am still learning everyday about organic growing. I don't want to use crap chemicals anymore. Hopefully I can get it figured out soon .

TLO ,,, The things he uses for P are rather long term sources. While he may think he builds his soils to re-use/re-charge. They will be P heavy with "his" recharge.....Be more N thinking in recharge and try to find longer term available N if you can.....I use stinging nettle leaves, dried and mixed in. There are plenty of other source's for a longer lasting N. Many of us here are not fan's of REV's source choice's. He has a rather complex mix. I and many others find it much easier to keep a shorter list and use better source components. His layering method does work for the higher nutrient amounts - like the P if done properly. I just find it as being more work, that's not needed.

Kind works too BUT, I feel is simply too uncooked and that makes it rather, ummm, errr, "unstable".......Simple to figure that it's not very "cooked".....You smelled the "ammonia" when you opened the bag right?

I definitely smelled the ammonia in that soil. My roots would not even grow into it at all. They would fill up the base soil and the stuff would sit in the bottom of the potter untouched . I'm learning organics as I go. I read the book by the rev and started there. I made his soil to the tee and my plants seem to be doing ok.he has a list of things for his recycled soil mix I can post it and we can discuss it on here maybe what better choices there are ? My buddy uses his soil all the way from the front of his book to the back, item for item and his medicine is some of the best I've ever had. So I went with what he is doing .

Send a soil sample in and stop guessing. Try Spectrum in Ohio. You have visual boron issues, zinc issues, manganese and for sure calcium.

The point with your issues is not so much the "what", but the "why" (as it turned out). As soon as you said "KIND SOIL" - I knew exactly the problem. Boiled down to availability problems from the HOT, UNCOOKED and the pH issues that played along with the uncooked......

I don't use the kind soil anymore though . I switched to the tlo revs soil.

So after spraying the plants a couple times and them being in the new soil for a while they seemed to turn around. Final product is pretty much perfect so who knows ? But it's gone and that is all that matters thanks to all of you that helped me.
