question about reflector

hi,

i just got a new reflector in the mail ..

it has one metallic blue side and one chrome side

which side will be the inside of the reflector..?

seems like i can put it together anyway i want to - thought it might be blue for this and chrome for that..

its a biue tape on it peel it off

no - its not a peel off tape on neither side

you dont really want a chrome reflector but that blue isnt right either. it should be somewhat duller then chrome. try both, maybe this blue thing could be the trick.

I would use the "chrome" side to reflect light before using the blue.

70 euro if im not mistaken - took forever in the mail

its a aircooled reflector - but not a cooltube if u know what i mean

are you really sure the blue side is not a coating of film? i've bought three hoods from different manufacturers and they all had the blue film. it is very sticky and has no edge to pull off. try a knife in one small area.

yea i would believe most reflectors wouldn't have a permanent blue side.

its a coat of blue film - had to peel veeeery carefully
