This is the issue. I need to extend the height, but I do not have much money at the moment.if your in a medical state and any body can see your plants your in violation . its no longer legal . so ask your self SHOULD I BUILD A BIGGER FENCE ?
Considering this, I don't know if I have the courage to do so.Cut everything off above the trellis. It's not to late. It may seem heartless to do, but you will yeild the same, have a more even canopy, and more uniform colas.
I was going to recommend a hard super crop until I saw the trellis. Super crop would shade all of that out.
Give them ho's a haircut
It looks like one mah be further along than the rest. That one would likely benifet more from the super crop.
I am trying to comply with state and county guidelines for medicinal growing. In the county's guidelines it states that the fence is to be made 6 foot high or taller than the plants. I'm not worried about it, but I would rather be safe than sorry. It looks like you have plenty of trees and brush surrounding your fence, whats the worry? I mean its more suspicious to have a random fenced in area imo.
ohhh sticky wording..... don't see "and/or" just "or " taller than the plants.I am trying to comply with state and county guidelines for medicinal growing. In the county's guidelines it states that the fence is to be made 6 foot high or taller than the plants. I'm not worried about it, but I would rather be safe than sorry.
That's a good idea, it won't stand out to much either.Tan shade cloth will work.pin corner poles and run wire for the top,2 foot tall should do it...
Probably not. Its a code violation so its automatically aa $500 fine and a fine every day after at $1000 until it becomes "complaint" So much corruption here. They pretty much do whatever they want, I'm so small scale though. They've got bigger fish to fry.ohhh sticky wording..... don't see "and/or" just "or " taller than the plants.
Have there been any rulings in the courts there regarding this?
If you are growing in Oregon the plants can't be in public view. I did some research and "public" view in Oregon law generally means it can be viewed or seen from a road or street.if your in a medical state and any body can see your plants your in violation . its no longer legal . so ask your self SHOULD I BUILD A BIGGER FENCE ?
Good way of thinkingI am trying to comply with state and county guidelines for medicinal growing. In the county's guidelines it states that the fence is to be made 6 foot high or taller than the plants. I'm not worried about it, but I would rather be safe than sorry.
