I'm starting this journal currently in various stages of growth for many of the plants. From seedlings to six weeks.


I have a tent I made myself that will be switched to the flower room very soon as my veg tent is almost done. It has am aircooled 400 watt in it and 4 5 week plants. 2 Strawberry Cough, 1 Blueberry, and 1 Afghani. I also have a 3 week Afghani and a two week Fools Gold I brought inside.

On the outdoors I have 13, 6 week old plants that are just about ready to start showing sex and 12 2 week

For medium I am using Pro Mix amended with bat guano, dolomite lime, mycorrhizae, perlite, and vermiculite.

I have three different nutrient line's I will be using this go around including the whole botanicare line, AN ph perfect line, and the roots organics Buddha Line. I suppliment with silica for all lineups.

So yeah this is where I'm at right now I will be postin gb updates very often and if I can think about anything else I missed I will post soon. Questions comments or anything are more than welcome here.

INto their final 5 gals they go. Female preflowers seen on four plants today. So that makes me 4-6 on this run. They will be getting the switch to flower in two days.

Ok here's an update for August 19.

Veg cab is finished, I put in a four bulb t5 fixture. I threw a bunch of stretchy plants in there which now on second th ought are gonna go back outside. I have blueberry, strw. Cough, s.c. x Jack h, str. Cough x s Durban poison, and Crossroads seedlings in there that will need room eventually. Two of each. My other tent got switched to 12/12 two days ago. I'm just now working to keep the canopy even.

Growman I see that, looks awesome but I have limited space and got to keep low profile plants, what you do about smell, fans noise, and noticeable tent in house so much to deal with on&on&on.
Are you buying seeds or you grow your seeds, you could share one or two seeds with me I have fear of ordering seeds online and have some buds growing, donation are available.

I can send you some man. Pm me. All of my seeds are either bred myself or from friends that are breeders. I have more seeds than I know what to do with. Mt tents are tucked into the corner of a spare bedroom. The veg cab is tucked under a table. On a gel on the outside of my outtake fans works well for me for smell.lol I do have a lot of fans. 8 to be exact. But the big box fan in the room can mask the sounds of the littler ones. It just looks like a fan to cool the room and is loud than the others.

When you got two noded seedlings....could you give me an idea of ideal distance from the bulb. This is my first 400 mh open wing plantmaxx bulb......seems fine so far

My rule of thumb is to keep the light far enough away that if you put your hand on the top of the plant and feel very little heat it's good. My hood is aircooled so it definately helps.

For two node seedlings 2 feet is the perfect distance. Until inner growth starts then I gradually lower so penetration is maximized.

Lots of training done today all confirmed females in tent. No pistils yet but distinguishable calyxs.

Took clones of each female today in case any turn out to be worthy of being bred. The Huckleberry, blueberry, Strawberry Jack, and Strawberry Poison are growing substantially every day.
