We need more info , but the easiest way to tell at a glance is to look at the calyxies if the hairs have receded and the calyxies are swollen it's time. I have a pocket microscope from Carson.

Not all buds develope the same - this is because of lighting - side-lighting helps this in flower stageThey all look done except the last one in the last post that is really dark green. The hairs are called pistils. When they turn dark and curl back into the calyx, they are ready to harvest. The calyx is the little round parts between the leaves that end up being buds. That dark green plant still has some white pistils pointing straight out. They might not ever actually finish if they at tue bottom of the plant and not getting much light.
