it was literally a quarter of an inch long. i always throw my roachs away but this one must have come back in when i chucked it out the window. sadly it wasnt even the j i was smokin that was found.

I got busted once for possession of narcotics paraphernalia . . . a brand new, unused pack of regular Zig-Zags. Sat in Ft Lauderdale jail three nights and days before I got bailed ($100) . . . went to court. Ended up standing there at the bar, loudly counting out the 100 papers from the little 100-paper package. Since they were all there, the case was dropped.
The search that yeilded the papers was caused by an over-zealous narc officer who was looking for the roach clip he'd allegedly seen us pass as we cruised up I-95.
He never found that, despite the forceps in the ashtray!
Note: The song "Kung Foo Fighting" was out at this time and believe me, in jail, everybody was.

Great story mr.fishy. its always good to hear when a fellow smoker gets off scott free. it just shows how ridiculous cops can be when it comes to drugs and making that monthly quota.

the law sounds a lil harsh in the u.s, i go to amsterdam every now and then from here in the uk and i know people who have been caught bringing some of the good stuff back on the flight and they didn't even get arrested just had the weed taking away

since I didnt have a BAC my liscense was only revoked for 6 mo. And the dmv had no problem giving me a restricted license for work, but no way in hell could I get one for school! Since when was school not important enough? I had to take that semester off. The system is fucked, and you dont really understand how much untill you get getting busted for stupid shit, like tinted windows or a roach!

I know a guy that got busted for "shining" , anyone ever heard of that? It's when you come to a rural intersection, you have to dim your brights otherwise they might shine into a house when you turn etc.
It is actually law on the books, just another bullsit reason for the pigs to fuck with people. Once they cherried you for shining and got you pulled over then they can pull their "I think I smell, weed, beer, bacon............." whatever their excuse o' the day is.

Tough man... That fucking sucks. Thank god I've never been busted, but the closest Ive gotten to it is while smoking with a friend in a a park in the middle of the night ( just passing through) the cops shined their huge light at as and said freeze... bla bla bla and we ran for it... haha we had alot of herb on us and hell no we werent getting interrogated.

my sister was already on probation. so possession would be a violation of probation...which is not very good. dont know the consequences until october 8th

gotta go to court now. my sister who was with me was on probation now shes probably gunna go to jail which sucks.
car got impounded. gotta pay for that.
