She looks great, nice and healthy going into flowering. Keep an eye on that PM, the cooler nights coming up will trigger it. I've yet to see any on mine but with the dry 30+C weather we've had that's about right. Last year I had to spray mine every 10 days or so to keep it at bay.

My 2x 15gal gals a couple of days ago. Just starting to throw small flowers, a little later than usual but we're supposed to get a warm fall so not concerned, they finished in about 7 weeks from the start of flowers last year.

Wow they look fantastic.

Though yours are certainly bigger and bushier, it makes me feel better about mine since I am an inexperienced grower using a smaller, non-air pot with not dissimilar progress.

Thanks for the PM advice too. It's got me a bit worried since all my eggs are in that one pot.

Yeah looking great over there, yours should produce well. The milk or baking soda spray keeps it off but doesn't last more than a week to 10 days or so, shorter if it rains a lot. As long as you keep on top of spraying them they'll be fine. It's been a great year here in SO if you have them close by, wouldn't have liked a remote grow this year though with almost no rain. Consider those air pots for your next grow, they can produce 1 oz. per gallon of medium and no worries about them getting root bound. Only downside with the fabric pots is they take more watering but if they're close by it's not a biggie and that "problem" is also what gets you some massive root balls/plants.

Wow! Those look great for growing outside. Good luck with the harvest!
This comment sounds a lot like "You can throw really well...for a girl".

What is it that makes outdoor plants the "girls" of the cannabis cultivating world? Sure the conditions can be controlled indoors, but give me sun and fresh air anyday over light bulbs and dehumidifiers.

I suppose a lot is left to chance outdoors, but given ideal conditions like GroErr has been fortunate to have had this year (so far - knock on wood) why wouldn't they look just as good as (read: better than) indoor plants?

I don't want to start a debate since I'm not qualified to participate, but I am curious about this widely-held opinion and how much truth is behind it.

Cheers

Outdoor plants are definitely not the girls team if we're using that analogy lol, but they're harder to tame, more unpredictable and can be more unkempt so they "look great for growing outside".

And outside we have plenty of weird creatures romping around so you should so often check them. A little gift from nature left on a leaf..... big ups to who can tell me what is the mother to these eggs.... YUCK!!!!

Here's some pics from Sunday the 28th.

I'm really proud of how well this has gone for a first grow (because I don't count the one other time that I grew many years ago when both of my 6-plant plots got ripped down to 3"stumps second week in October. Didn't even leave behind a "hey thanks" nugg. Dicks.)

Definitely stopped stretching a while back. She topped out at a nice 52" tall with 5 primary branch colas and about 25 or so other secondary and tertiary ones. My guess on yield is 8-9oz which I believe is normally expressed as "about a pound" on RIU.

I dont even know what size pot that is but I'm guessing about 10 gallons, so yeah, all-in-all very pleased so far.

Looking good, they look like around the same stage of flowering as mine, coming along well. Will get some pics this weekend, have to trim her down a bit as she's overgrown and no light getting through to the center.

Here are a couple more from this morning. I am of the "more leaves, the better" school of thinking so even though mine doesn't have a lot of light getting to the centre, I'm going to leave it as is.

I still haven't put up any support. Do ylllou figure I'll need it? I have a bunch of 6' bamboo stakes that I was going to drive into the ground around the container and then wrap with trellis netting. It's fine for now but worried about it once those buds put on some weight and the wind and rain comes along.

Yeah me too on the leave the leaves, indoor. But outdoor if they get too dense it just invites mould and bugs, mine are a little out of hand right now. I'll clean them up a bit underneath (lollipop) to make sure there's lots of air, no different than I do indoor after the stretch.

It looks pretty sturdy on it's own, don't think if you'll need much support but the setup you have will work well, you can just play it by ear. If it's not too exposed to strong winds it should be fine, otherwise go ahead and stake/trellis it. September 1st tomorrow, whoohoo, getting closer :)

ThNks Groerr. I'm on the same page. I also cleaned out the lower most branches about a month back. Took off another couple insignificant branches this week.

And you confirmed what I was thinking about support. Cheers.

Here's a couple pics from today. She's starting to get frosty!

Nice, great spot to chill under the shade of an MJ plant :) Always good to see an early frost of that type of frost!

I still can't upload pics..

But the one plant that was flowering early has been harvested n the other 4 are just starting to flower.

I probably got like a quarter off the one I harvested, pretty airy nugs but it had been flowering alot longer than 8 weeks so I didn't wanna leave them much longer.

The plant in the ground is like 4 feet, the second biggest is in a feed bag and it's like 3 feet, and has a tomato cage. The last 2 are short and stubby because their tops snapped off when they got knocked over. They are each maybe a foot tall but looking down from above they take up alot of horizontal space.

Anybody have tips for drying outside without risking losing ur whole harvest?

Holy u got some massive colas in the back there! What kind of training did u use on those?
Well started in March with some topping, supercropping, & alot of lst. Inside till June. The early budding plants (2) are frisian dews. Smell yummy and got a taint of pink on the hairs:twisted:
