cxb3590 3000°K (BD) vs 3500°K (CD) for flow only panel

I'm in interrogation about the temperature for my flowering panel, i don't say if i take the number one the 3500°k or the 3000°K if some one can help me, or speak about his experience on 3000°K i'm open

Both the same CRI?
Wouldnt be much difference but if ur only using COBs then 3500k seems to have the edge
