Should I get an led light?

Plants don't necessarily flower faster under different lights. Better lights will just increase weight, potency, etc..not "speed up" the growing process.

5000k will dramatically slow the growth of flowering, actually, compared to say 3000 or 3500k.

No, but I have plenty of experience with cree cx cobs. Which is what it uses. So yes. It'll be your best bet. Unless you can up to $300 then get a kit from timbergrowlights.com

Why give up? I grew a couple very good plants using cfl's, it just takes longer but the taste and high is great.

I believe my company spends more money on quality components and actual intuitive design than barbecue parties, which they fund with your money.

Anyway, my stuff speaks pretty well for itself. 3 week veg, seedling included.

I'm set on that Tasty for the end of this month, I think. For my single plant home grow. One of my two 450s is overtop of other plants a location I will leave undisclosed, and when the COB comes, my other Vipar willl join the first one.

Depends on the black dog. you can get away with off brand led units depending on what there running for leds and what your style of growing is.

Just getting a 600watt for like $150-180 and you should be going allot faster then most cfls setups for pretty cheap. i can link you one if you would like?

Nah bro they are all shit specs are the reason. Unless you like to pay a high cost for a low output then go for it. High end cobs are the only thing thats worth it over HPS DE HPS and LEC.

Efficiency, spread, penetration, and light output... HPS is still better.

For that size space with that budget, I'd be trying to swing a CMH, that's for sure. No idea why you think 2x4 is small.
