Early Clone Reveg

just got some Alien OG cuts from here in the Bay Area, CA. Had a long trip so they sat in my car on the way home for a little over 2 hours....
Anyways because of the long trip i can see some of the clones looked like they started flowering so i transplanted them in my soil, and switched the 600w MH to 20/4 to reveg...is this gunna be alright or what?

What im saying is perhaps the fact that they were taken off the light and placed out of the light for an extra few hours then they were probably supposed to be making it 12 12 for that day and the very next day i see buds starting to form, if i can revert them back to veg. I said what the strain was, but u missed that too, i guess. I got a sense of humor but dont insult my intelligence.

2 hours of light (or dark) isn't going to do shit. It will not force your plant to flower OR reveg. It won't even stress them. You would need, at the very least, 8-10 days of a solid light schedule going in one direction or the other. A clone that is vegging (on an 18/6 light schedule) will not start showing signs of flowering unless it has been on a 12/12 cycle for about 2 weeks. So, unless you bought cuts that were already flowering - there is no need to re-veg anything. Make sense Mr. Intelligence?

The clones were probably taken from a plant that was sexing

or had been in veg for a long time so was lightly flowering as it vegged

I know a few strains that even under 16 or 18 hour days will still show sex and slowly start to bud over months in the end even under 24/0 most plants will try and flower after 6 months or a year or 2

Just let them root and feed them as per vegging, give them over 16 hours light per day and they should veg up, may take 2 to 4 weeks for them to stop flowering and veg properly

sometimes the shock from taking clones can do this

hell some people even do their clones at 12/12 leave them next to the mum they cut them off and put it into flowering I mean if they are selling the clones what do they care as long as they root up so someone can veg them.

I personally have 15 plans in my cab atm 6 bag seed and the rest quality strains every single one has shown me miniscule "buds" or as i consider just some pre flowers. I have some thst are 15-18 inchs tall and have crazy hairs all over but still arent. Budding the plant will be just fine. It does take anywhere from 5-10 days to properly change the light photoperiod of the plant. It was most likely taken from a well mature female that quite possible shows pre flowers herself even in 20/4

Now see, those are helpful responses! Thank you gentlemen...ive got them on 20/4 and this is the 2nd day...i think ill put them to 18/6 in about a week just to be sure...does this affect yield or quality in anyway, in your guys experience?

nah sometimes 20/4 will veg them faster than 18/6 but you`ll water more and be paying for more electric, takes 8 weeks min to flower off most strains so I don`t worry so much as I normally have at least 1 veg area and 1 bloom area.... but under 16 hours seems to effect some strains.

No they won't your most likely swing preflowers and the plant will keep
producing them once they have started. It's natural to see areas with 1_3 pistils . I personally put mine on 17_7 to save on electricity and have my veg cab on when bloom room is off. Good luck and veg away.

they`ll be fine they may monster crop a bit at the start but probably not

Im growing with over 1500 watts in hps and LED and a full apartment room as my grow room so nice try softy...you have been a member here longer though so youre a GOD i forgot.
