Where did you hear that.

Plant count is based on grams per day.

"Is the source reliable"

I spoke to a health canada manager on the phone and they say very different.

Is there print that this person can provide you?
Nope just going of what I heard from a customer who is applying for ACMPR.

Those holding mmar pinks that were covered by the injunction are still covered. As long as you don't need any changes, you are able to continue with your existing plant count. You don't need to renew your script with your doc or HC. I have 49 plants...no way I would risk having it cut to 25 by signing up for the new program. If you can wait, it makes sense to see what happens with other patients first.

It is a very good point that you have raised Vianarchris. I may be jumping the ground by wanting to get into the new program. I'm on the MMAR is why I asked. I'm weighing things very carefully. I've had a lot of arguments already with the reception of these places that will only give 5 gram a day scripts. Very annoying!

how many got screwed again?

wait until you are forced like our feds did ... Pays dividends to wait and see.
No one who needs this is going to lose out because they waited either...

I thought the data base holding MMAR info wasn't maintained....how would HC know if someone applying to the new program has pinks? Or does applying automatically nullify your pinks? I need to move but I now have a dg. Do I have to apply or just my dg? Moving doesn't invalidate my pink to possess, just my growing licence.
