You mean the federal law, Senate Bill 950. The Armed and Prohibited Persons System (APPS)

The law prohibits people who may have purchased a gun legally but have run afoul of the law in a way that no longer leaves them eligible to own one. Such as domestic abuse or conviction for armed robbery. There are good reasons why those people have lost their right to own a firearm. Wrong, you are, yet one more time.

I suppose you will vomit out a right wing bulletin documenting a wrongful confiscation. This does happen, it is rare and I can show you cases where guns were returned once the authorities were shown their error.

let's take a step back here. i have not seen rhetoric this alarmingly disjointed or fucktarded since panhead was around. and that guy was an avowed child pornographer who dealt meth to children through his motorcycle gang. he also said his own wife was a whore worthy of ridicule simply because she was a muslim.

we can circle back to your belief that taking away guns from people who beat their own wife is kinda like denying mortgage loans to black people simple because of the color of their skin.

how is it unlawful to deny firearm ownership to people who are guilty of domestic abuse?

why is it against fundamental freedom for those convicted of armed robbery to be barred from gun ownership?

do you think it is wise to let people who have threatened to assassinate federal judges to own guns?
