Guerrilla gardening is the hardest I just assumed it was going to be female because I've never seen a male get so bushyMost of my biggest plants were males. My BIL, {who supplied me with seeds last year} said he wants some pollen from the tallest one I have. He grows in tall trees, and the plants do better when they can reach up there and touch the sun.
My BST2 male was 10 feet tall and 8 feet wide. The CP1 males were more the prototypical male. More than 10 feet tall, but pretty narrow. On the plus side, I have lots and lots of pollen now.Guerrilla gardening is the hardest I just assumed it was going to be female because I've never seen a male get so bushy
Do your males seem to flip faster? This male flipped later than everything by a whole week supposed to be an early finisherMy BST2 male was 10 feet tall and 8 feet wide. Each patch had a little different starting time, as they were different ages. But for plants in the same patch, they showed at about the same time. That said, I only get to a patch once a week on average, so it could have been a day or two early and I wouldn't have known it.Do your males seem to flip faster? Due to unfortunate circumstance I was only able to pt down one plot all In the same patch and it was the latest to flip hell some flipped 3 weeks beforeEach patch had a little different starting time, as they were different ages. All my late transplants just look healthier. Not as long to get wore out. But I have some that are just now starting to flower. I will be waiting a while on them. What is good about late starters is less time battling bugs haha
If it was taller than the other plants, it could have been catching sun sooner/later than the others tooDo your males seem to flip faster? This male flipped later than everything by a whole week supposed to be an early finisher
me too looks like it will be a slightly staggered harvestAll my late transplants just look healthier. Not as long to get wore out. But I have some that are just now starting to flower. I will be waiting a while on them.
