I've just sorted one of mine that looked a bit like that. Put a rusty nail in a bottle of Epsom salt rich water, left for a few days then watered. Repeated it a week later. Its fine now.

Just making sure before I try to correct here's a better pictureNo problem..
Don't forget to shake the bottle before you water as the oxide tends to settle at the bottom.

Mine looks like a totally different plant after 10 days, leaves have recovered its green & looking healthy.

depending on how strong your lights are it could be light bleaching, generally deficiencies dont affect only the tops of a plant. Move the lights away a little, may solve the problem.Just curious what you guys think about the lighter coloring on top sulfur?iron?
