If you are just growing it in your window and you have only been in 12/12 for a couple days, you still have another 10 days or more probably before it shows it's sex.

Is there a light shining on it at night? My neighbor likes to leave her backyard light on 24/7 and it shines over and through the fence. Every year the plant thats closest to that light flowers super slow and tosses nanners if i dont block the light. Since you arent in full sun if there are a ton of street lights shining on it that may be your problem.

Lol I call thread jacking.. I veg for about 40 days then flipped 12-12.. I'm growing in an empty bookcase with 4 cfls right now.. my timer set is on at 12p off at 11:59pm.. 1 minute isn't gonna make a huge difference right.. they are Bagseed.

Are you sure you have the lights set propertly and there are no light leaks, none of those look like plants that have been 12/12 for 3 weeks.
