I'm sure with fans it'll be fine, but I wanna know if it can be done passively.I don't see why not have you figured the surface area of that type heat sink compared to the others? maybe have two small fans over the 3070's?
I would read that thread there you'll see some good info.
No, Sir; it's less than 40x40" and 78" tall. It includes the tanks, pumps and controls in the big box under the compressor section;

I got it not just for the sexy looks, but also to save myself some serious coin on HVAC.OK so big as my bed then looks kewl.
I think it will be a fine. Worst case go with it and see. If you haven't bought the heatsink already I know the 7.28 would probably do it. What monos?I'm sure with fans it'll be fine, but I wanna know if it can be done passively.
Cree xp-e 660, 630, and 435nm's.I think it will be a fine. Worst case go with it and see. If you haven't bought the heatsink already I know the 7.28 would probably do it. What monos?
Yup. It's exactly my setup. Heatsink doesn't even got hot.Do u guys think I can adequately cool a 6×36 heatsink with 4 cxb3590 3000k driven by hlg 240-1750 pushing each cob at about 63 watts a piece. I'll be actively cooling each heatsink with 2 140mm cool master fans. Will this work well? Gonna be running 20 cxb 3590 3000k 90CRI in a 4×8 or 7 space. Trying to yield at least 2lbs
I'm sure this has been asked but there's a lot of pages lol. Just want to confirm. I want to semi passively cool some COBs. I have 10 Vero 13s running at 500mA and I want to put a couple Vero 29s as well. What size heat sink would be recommend for this?
How big is your grow spaceYup. It's exactly my setup. Heatsink doesn't even got hot.View attachment 3778174 View attachment 3778177 View attachment 3778179
About 300w 150 on the Vero 13 and Vero 29s. Grow area is 2x4.What's the total watts you want to run? 200-250? and the length you can use in your area? 2 ft 3 ft 4ft?
If you know those you can get a better idea.

So I'm new to this so that's where this Q is coming from ;?D So you're planning on 5 fixtures total with 10 (or more?) 140mm fans, is that correct? And if you're planning on pullin 2elbows, one suggestion is increas your veg time, just don't do it like I did.Do u guys think I can adequately cool a 6×36 heatsink with 4 cxb3590 3000k driven by hlg 240-1750 pushing each cob at about 63 watts a piece.
