Looking good fandango! Lookn forward to seeing them finish up, I'm liking the straw hay bales, how deep is the soil they are in, u just put it on top of the ground? Very nice!I think the straw bales is a good way to go.If possible next season,I want to build a 10 foot wide row of straw bales, and back in a dump truck a spread soil as the truck drives out, than close off the end of the row with the final bales.I am using pre punched drip line, holes every 18" and the timer is on 4 times a day for 15 minute cycles.I time per week I fill 5 gallon buckets with soup and toss it over the soil.
Well you know who the old fat guy is here...but the lady in the pic is shown in my Philippines up and down rental located in Cebu.
I found she was so nice to live with, that I left the Phils and filed a fiance visa for Gigi.We now live in nor cal, going on 5 years nowView attachment 3755431
This box is pretty special and it is full of controls, top secrete stuff I know nothing about. It can read all the appliances in the house and tell you if they are running to their best performance,as in amp draw's.
This box is sold to power companies who use it to moderate the power demand spikes. If you google Sunverge you can find out what they are up to.

The soil cost 79 bucks a yard(2 scoop's from a bobcat=1 yard)I rented a 12 foot uhaul trailer(it will haul 2 1/2 yards)the crib here is 2 bales wide and 4 bales long(it is filled with 4 yards about 12" deep)Looking good fandango!
