i've been wanting to make a light bar of just blue. that 12 led solderless actinic kit for $85 sounds like a great idea and all the parts you'd need.Waiting on delivery of mine from here man. Cheap shipping. Im getting the solderless for easy install. Osrams are awesome, but i cant find any in the US where shipping is not outrageous. Someone will chime in. What size is your space, and budget?

So it's like I thought. Heatsinks could just b a little bar.I use stevesleds and rapid leds for Royal Blue, Far Red Deep Red and IR (Infrared). The eds use 700ma drivers and the blues use 1050 ma drivers. you can get either AC to DC drivers or you can get6 DC to DC drivers and a power supply. Cheapest is to get the mean well Ac to DC drivers. Wire like any other cob, they have solder and solderless versions including lenses if you like that too. peace.
Is it worth it really? So it's like I thought. Heatsinks could just b a little bar.
your friend can thank me later. No budget cause it's for a friend. He has a lumigrow and I think he's hooked on twerking the knobs.
Yes with the blues I get very tight internodes and much secondary branching during veg. For bloom I get needed stretch from deep red and lost of res rails with the ir. I also get early night night with far red. PeaceIs it worth it really?
I use1x1x1 aluminum channel 1/8 thick and put it with the heat sink fans to run cooler. My fan controller went out and the blues went out. Got too hot. I replaced the fan driver blues came back on. I bolt them to my main heat sink fot better heat transferSo it's like I thought. Heatsinks could just b a little bar.
