You're supposed to dump the water that drains out. It is no good, and that leaf is telling you.

Get a tray for each plant. When water runs out, dump it.

Maybe..i can only give you the tools for you to investigate and make up your own mind. Im not there. That first link i gave you should help you. Then go from there. Could also be a PH issue,etc,etc,etc

This must be that new method I heard about. The Flood-A-Tent method. Mix nute in a 5 gallon bucket and dump in grow tent?

You need to get the plants out of the water and let the soil dry out until the pot is alarmingly light to lift.

In the meantime I respectfully suggest you read as much as you can about growing.
