It is very clear. It is written in plain english that everybody can understand, not legalese...

But you have to read it.

Skimmed the 24 page doc. Have to read it more closely when i have time.

But at a glance he poses some difficult problems to ssolve and makes some rock solid arguments for personal grows, dispensaries and compassion clubs. Best part is his explanation of how LPs are ripping people off. It seems they are cutting their own throats by taking kickbacks from the consultant clinics i mentioned in another thread and by charging such huge sign up fees. The LPs are doomed unless they smarten up

yup, and now my out of province doc won't sign my docs due to quebec law !
i'l figure something out. new law in quebec as of jan 2017 that does not allow
doctors to charge for misc things. we'll see what changes happen.

and be quality. i think Bedrocan is only $5 but i haven't read too many positive reviews about them
