What is he a doctor? Only a doctor can diagnose you as mentaly ill. As long as you don't have a medical history of mental illness I wouldn't worry about that accusation. Might wanna get clean off drugs tho so he can't pull that card so you can pass a drug test. And record all calls, text, and emails from him. Also be careful what you put on social media, just some advice.

I just went through the same with my brothers, I wish I'd gotten an attorney because I know mom had an IRA but when I asked him about it, he said he had to use some of it to pay her bills, then backtracked later and said there wasn't one. Mom told me herself about it, so I know it existed at one time and she wasn't the type to cash out anything early.

I feel you on the family thing, I had to walk away from mine too. They were all worried about getting her stuff and because I couldn't get there from out of state for the meeting they set up convenient for them, they took most of it for themselves.

Money brings out the worst in people, for sure.

oh i have a history 13 years old bi polar kicked in .....i got a fbi record
16 they locked me up for 9 months for beating up 4 cops outside of highschool 2 cans of mace tazer and night stick to the back of the head

weed i am good i proved it controlls my bi polar in the court system here 2 years ago ....about to have a oregon medical card......this is the only place i exist no facebook no myspace nothing i am one of those

Get 'em... my brother let me down in the worst way. We used to be cool back in the day but now he acts like he doesn't have time for me, my other brother or anyone else in the family. Hell even my mom wasn't happy with the way he was treating her with her dementia but by then it was too late for her to change anything because of the illness.

Don't take no crap, you handle that the way your dad and mom would have wanted. It sounds to me like you have a good head on your shoulders and a kind heart, just don't be like me and let your heart get in the way of what's right. I did and now I'm sure my mom is rolling in her grave because I wouldn't listen to her when she tried to spell her entire will out for me years ago.

I didn't wanna think about her dying, ya know, and I sure didn't want to hear about gaining anything from losing her.

When my mother died almost 3 years ago my mother left a will. I have 2 younger brothers . When it came time to read the will both of my brothers and myself didn't like the way the will split the estate. So we all came to an agreement talked to the attorney who drew up paperwork and we split everything the way we wanted it split.
We didn't follow anything in her will and it cost the estate about 5K .
There was property and about 200K in cash and stocks. I wasn't interested in the cash or the stocks but my brothers were .
So they split the money and my wife and I ended up with the property and we all lived happily ever after.

pops wil was simple .....everything to be slipt between 3 of us if one died his share goes to other 2

my brother wade wants to keep the money in the ira so he does not get taxed......i am not allowing him to do this i want al funds into the estate account taxes and all that filed on pops tax id ....avoiding me needing to need to file anything with the IRS it was taxed tho dads account
