I dissagree, i believe defoliation is very benificial with short compact bushy plants with a canopy which are none the like of what you have. I only believe in it indoors as well. Instead of having small larfy lower buds on the bottom of the plants that had never recieved any direct light. By strategically defoliating so that they do i have gotten nice dense nugs on the bottom which def. Increases my yield im glad i do it because at first i was skeptical..
Its very beneficial to a short bush like this
Either way its a growers beliefs based on their own observations and some like it and some dont I would never tell anyone they have to do it. I respect the methods of all growers alike your plants are beautiful
