Competition is a great thing. RUI members ordered soo much stuff repeatedly, the suppliers learned how to buid based on what RUI orders. They also have access to metal stampers to stamp out nice shiny light covers and surrounds, as well as reflectors. RUI needs to find a few metal stampers and have them stamp oput light surrounds and have them powder coated, like we do motorcycle parts, some powder coated some chromed, depends on taste. peace

Thanks for that. I'm not in the US, so I'd have to pay international shipping on both items.
I have built my own since I started this thread and, based on my experience, it's still cheaper that way, but it's starting to get much closer.
