they get harder to transplant the bigger they get,Yeah, I am so glad I will be getting to see this as I make my own preparations to do a very similar thing this upcoming End of March Beginning of April.
Edit: Though I want to start out with five to twelve 4 footers when they go in the ground.
the cage is mainly to keep the dog off it,but it will also help support the plant during flowering when it rains.Man, I am telling you, that plant will be like 10 feet tall! I am sure you will take care of it right too, . I see many pounds coming from that baby. But what is up with that metal circle around it? Is it in a metal can or something... is there a hole in the bottom of it? I am going for this huge monster outdoor attempt for 2009, as its too late for me to go that big this year... here is the link https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/107493-theloadeddragons-full-year-grow-cycle.html
let me know what you think, I posted when I plan on putting them outside I believe, if I didn't then I will shortly... but your looking great... keep it up man!
think you are on to something there,it should workout fine for you good luck...
unfortunately it is solid clay under me so i decided to add some depth in the area(although i grew the one in my avatar in the same spot last season)I was asking about the rainwater tank with no bottom. Good that it has no bottom, that means the growth could be endless for you... I hope that plant likes lots of N , I am sure it does.... .... thanks for the support...
glad to help...o4ausername
