Wet trim vs dry trim?

i am cutting several branches and will dry trim them. most is hanging on strings after wet trimming.
use the sugar leaves for oil, salve. i have been leaving them on just to save time. when i go to load my vape i dig through the sugar leaves and use the bud to vape. the sugar leaves and broken trichomes end up in the bottom of the jar, no waste. j

Any oil made from a machine will come out darker than a flower run. At least the past 4yrs proved it.

1st pic trim run solventless rosin extract
2ns pic flower run solventless rosin extract
But does oil from trim from a blade trimmer turn out different than hand trimming? I've done both but it was a few years since I've brought out the trim pro and honestly can't remember, also I've refined the process with vacuum pump, controlled heat, etc.

Not sure. Haven't hand trimmed in 4yrs. I have 1lb of hand trimmed trim I'm about to process tomorrow (dry ice extract, then solventless rosin extract. I'll post the results Friday and pics.

I can only assume there is less yield from Rosen, correct assumption? I am thinking of making a press, how hard could it be lol. Do you have to process it first, or can you just grind it and press it?

I read it, great guide, thanks guys!!!
It was those builds that got me thinking about it. I've been extracting with butane for almost thirty years and would love to switch it up, but!!!! I really would hate to sacrifice yield :(. As for the thread topic, I am about to trim some plants, these will be hanging in my lab which is a shed and not attached to the house. If I let it hang with out removing the leaf I would have a huge risk of mold ruining the crop. By removing the leaf the air has a better chance of circulating in and around bud. I've lost huge amounts by not being able to process it quickly....that's when I bought the trim pro's lol.

Dry trim too much wasted wet trimming,I just hang the Plants up side down ,and put fans on them. All the nice coated sugar leaf will dry nice and tight around the bud ,Plus ita a lot less messy.Take of all the fan leafs if you want first ,but i even leave those on till its dry.All ways dry with in 7 day .Just use you fingers then to pull off any dry leaf. But do the leaf into a bag ,so it can be used later for hash or oll
