2 plant 160 + - watts per plant cfl ghetto grow. 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 gal smart or nursery pots, 3 part bottle neutz. on sale, lasts forever, free samples now and then. pens going on 10 years. platform, lumber I had around the house, yard sale mylar .50 a role for 2, Salvation army cords cheap, all my 2700k bulbs, Salvation Army, really cheap, $8. fan, 3 timers, co2 container, free (fast food), yeast .50 wk. or so, sugar free, soil, compost, perlite, store bought, rain water. Seeds, buy some make some. Id say I'm running my set up for about $30.- $35. a month.

It depends how much you want to grow. Outdoors, you can do for free. Inside, you will need a light and that's your biggest expense. Pots, fans, soil and nutes can be found for almost nothing if you look. If you don't over pay for a bunch of stuff you don't need and if you can pull a decent harvest, your first grow should pay for itself. Hydro is more expensive because you need meters, containers to hold the water, net pots, hydro ton, rockwool, pumps...

How much money are you working with and how much space do you have to grow in?

I just read the link. It provides no information at all and is barely written in English. I would say don't believe anything it says but it doesn't really say anything.

This is really subjective. On one hand you can do ghetto and spend very little and then you can do it right and save and get good quality gear. I look at it like this if your man concern is cost just hang it up now. Once you start growing it's addictive way more than smoking it.

Considering I might use 200 watts maximum for everything running it doesn't cost much at all. $10 a month maybe.

I am going to say less than a dollar a day.

Say you were a great grower with a 150 watt hps and fans to cook it.

That's 150 grams for 3-4 months

Get a 6.. Stage harvests and always pull something.





Also that would realistically cost ~$22 a month in elec on avg elec prices.

Mines .07kWh right now .. Nights free

My $2/day is on 11 cents a KWH with 550 watts and Canna nutes in a flood and drain.
It is probably less, but not by a lot, $1.75.
