Where are the LAWS outlawing white supremacy?

When the IRS was found to be discriminating for political reasons they said they would clean it up... Nada has happened.
When the VA was found to be falsifying records they said they would clean it up... Nada has happened except 7 administrators over the last 3 years.
Government creates problems it does not fix them.
The FBI just gave immunity to 5 hillary clinton staffers for no reason...
