Dont buy from firestax !!!!!

I dont care which one you try to purchase from .UK or USA store its a money scam.I placed an order from the UK store on aug 28, 2016.I still have never recieved anything just very little contact with them saying we shipped it and then we reshipped your order .It has still never came.Man horrible customer service if any!STUPID ME places another order with the USA store on OCT 6,2016 after promises of fast shipping and great customer service from JOSE at the usa store.they had some unique varieties so i took a chance. Again STUPID ME!!!!!!THeres to many other great companies to purchase from .Wish i would of read all these reviews before ever purchasing from FIRESTAX.Might as well write that money off!!!!!JUST THOUGHT I WOULD WARN FELLOW BUYERS!!!!!!!!

Just PM a moderator on their forum and they should help you....that's how I got my issue resolved...

Before they made Firestax USA, CAN, UK or w/e they got now

My package took 4 months. In the end they had to send the package from USA --> UK ---> ME (canada)

i dont really understand but thats what they told me..total waste of my fucking time. why take that extra step? totally stupid. no wonder problems arise if they handle all orders like that.

edit: randomjeff is a much better person to private message about orders..

Almost everything I have come from firestax that said I agree I had to dig deep with all my patience in me I had...
I still get everything I've ordered but still waiting on some beans he forgot to send with my last order +2 months waiting...
I've got plenty in the fridge so don't mind the extra wait but I understand you completely if you want something and you paid for its not more than normal to receive in a normal time frame.

These orders were all from June to August and received them all around 2 months lol.

Just placed and recieved another pack..was shipped 2 days after i payed for the order.Recieved a freebie pack(12) of random seeds in a small zip bag and another tester of large_bud freebies.I think my luck is due to the admin is canadian and bends over backwards to make things right if theirs a problem.Shipping is cheap and takes a week via canada snail mail.
