TBH, I think you should cut it down. Looks like its dying to me.

That's very blurry, can you try to get another one, and just focus on one of the leaf sets most affected.

Looks like you poored hot bacon dressing on it to make it wilt, what did you spray during lights on?

Edit: looks like bud rot in the center bud, did you try to use something to stop/remedy this?
