That is a bad ass picture. Send me some of that please!
Not criticizing, just curious...I am a cfl'er
lol.. good point. It is just reflected. haisn't that one bottle reflected in the mirror? looks like an arizona tea bottle!
those are some tight buds
lol ya its Arizona Ice tea WOOT!!!!isn't that one bottle reflected in the mirror? looks like an arizona tea bottle!
those are some tight buds
Makes sense!1. What do the two identical bottles on the back left do?
frozen water bottles to keep temps down and its just one
2. Are you using mirrors in your box rather than mylar?
its mylar
I took the time to flatten it out then used a staple gun to keep it flat.Makes sense!
And your mylar looks really mirrory -- like, I know it normally does... I guess yours looks more flat and mirrory compared to others
I tipped yer scale. Looks dope.
What are you doing for odor filtering - if anything?I took the time to flatten it out then used a staple gun to keep it flat.
Thanks for the compliment! I am looking forward to smoking it! Ive been pretty good and not cut anything off yet to sample it. Just a week or 2 and she will be coming down.
That sounds sick dude. A lot of work put into that.well my system is hard to explain but i will try.
Its actually 4ish levels
1st level is 3" high and its a void allowing air into the box. right above that is a "trap" that holds a 20 x 12 filter used for AC that blocks any dirt/hair/unwanted stuff into the box and above the filter is a 2" void for the filtered air.
2nd level is a shelf siliconed in with 2 holes in the back drilled in to allow air to be sucked into the cab. This level is for flowering and has an adjustable shelf to allow the plant to go up and down to the light which is bolted to the top of this section. It has 2 sucktion fans each sucking air and pushing it through there own carbon scubber up in the next cab.
3rd level is clones mothers. also an adjustable iner shelf to move plants up or down to light.
4th level is extracting fan to blow hot air into attic and to hold comp ps and power blocks or anything that might produce unwanted heat.
Yes I did do that DIY metal screen and prefilter thing but it did not work worth a crap in my case so I modified it and it works better but I need to fix it after this grow so I dont need 2 of them. I am going to try that metal trash can one because that seams in theriey it should work alot better.
I just built the cab but it seems to be working well. I just need to get the timeing down on how long each section takes and fine tune it but as a hole it seems great for what I am doing and having minimal space.
This was the idea I was planning on doing... Seems like a lot of work but also seems like it could be solid. If I were you I would try this one out instead
https://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/101248-best-diy-ez-walmart-carbon.html
But I modified this one
https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/7074-easy-build-diy-carbon-filter.html
It would work better with pictures but to try to explain it I bought some activated carbon at a pet store for a fish tank and put some in some panty hose making like a 4" x 4" square. Ok now I took left over mesh screen and taped it where the air is coming on the main unit above before it gets to the main screen area. ..... ok just read what I wrote and its confusing I know. Basically what I did was to try and run the air through activated carbon before it enters the main chamber because the "carbon pre filter in the design above will barely do anything to trap smell. You really need the smelly air to go through a chunk of activated carbon for it to work.
It was on photoshop... I could go through all of that work but really this was just clean notes to remind myself so I didn't forget what I was thinking. ha!Ya thats it
Ilustrator? If so show off your stuff and do it 3D
show a cut out exploded with shading layered!
