Did I go past harvest? Root rot? Or what?

I'd like to add one more fact that I forgot to mention and seems like it may help diagnose the problem: The plants that are not far into flowering are not having these symptoms nearly as bad. The problems seem to come with late flowering stage. And no plants showed these symptoms before they were deep into flowering.

Considering everything said so far on this forum, I believe the problem may be multiple factors such as: insignificant water, bugs/pest, over fertilizing, and waiting too late to harvest. At this point i think I'm going to harvest half of them and leave half and see if they improve through more frequent watering/pest spray and no more nutes in the next week.
Thanks to everyone for the help and advice!

I don't think waiting too long was your problem, too much ferts and over or under watering, bugs could have made things worse...but I doubt it...get a moisture meter next time and feed at 1/3 to 1/2 strength next time...some plants like lots of nuts some don't...dial in your grow and don't over love them...and DON'T CLIP THE FAN LEAVES!

Well are you suggesting I try to fix them and wait to harvest? Or should I harvest now because so far most people are saying to harvest now?

I would go ahead and harvest now, so much damage has already been done that it won't make much difference any how....even though the buds looks like they could use another couple of weeks, but with that much damage.....harvest now...they are beyond fixing.

I've been waiting for my buds to harden up and get bigger but now I'm starting to think I've went past the right time to harvest. I feel like they are becoming more leafy and less dense with time, is that normal if you wait too long? They are also having lots of problems; my plants seem to be growing more unhealthy by the minute and one even died in less than a week. I have tried to treat for bugs as much as possible and supplied nutrients and micronutrients. I even added some lime and watered it in to correct ph. Now I'm thinking maybe the culprit is root rot, because my supersoil seems to have packed down in the holes over time and the natural soil is red clay. Also note that there has been an obvious increase of drooping leaves throughout the grow (not sure if this is normal). The buds are leafy/fluffy and don't seem to be hardening up. ANY RESPONSE IS APPRECIATED, thank you!!

Clay is used to seal structuers under ground (im a pipe layer) it is used to keep water out of places. Used as a "sealent"...
And it works well. Keeps 100% of the water out.
Just my take on it. To each their own
