I keep my lights way farther from the tops than you do greengenes, like at least 6'' farther sometimes even as far up to 18 '' farther than what you appear to have them on camera
Are you starting a grow light company or do you already own a grow light company?Something important such as safety certification might not be of interest to you but it is to many others.
It is also important to know whether a vendor does in fact have such certifications as other members of this forum have indicated. Claiming to have a certification when not having it is pretty deceitful and I would stay away from a vendor caught using similar practices.
I personally don't care for safety and get a few volts now and then, but it's not a hard thing to pass and I highly doubt anyone with a real business will be taking time to reply on a recreational forum unless it has to do with sales. More important things to do IMO. I'll be starting micro greens soon and won't be on here to much for example.

If anybody ever had an issue, safety or warranty wise, Im sure it would have come up by now... I mean, they are waterproof, you really need to be looking for trouble to get hurt with this light. I dont understand your consistent bashing of this company, Fud. I really dont. I have only seen posts of yours related to this issue, I think it is really silly, despite your elegant writing and elocuence, which I dont give much for.
I've asked you to stop several times nowYou may not care about safety but others do
Neither.
Maybe they have? The cult following seems pretty vicious and quick to jump on anything that isn't completely positive in relation to the vendor. Most people probably just moved on and bought better product.
Like I said before, if you think the vendor's results are good, or believe in whatever they are selling, that is your choice. Do your research and make your own decisions.

You seem to have a hard on for his company
We get it you don't like them
Enough we all know your opinion on the matter stop beating a dead horse
I'm all for people being able to review bad or good and have a say but at this point you're just going into all threads related to him and just slandering him
Stop
This is the last time I'm asking
nope hes not a sponsor, and quite frankly since i dont deal with advertisers at all i will be honest and say i dislike his personality towards me he treats mods unfairly and rudely. however thats a personal opinion and my personal opinions dont mislead the moderation duty i have to this community, enough is enough you clearly have an axe to grind and its obvious youre beating a dead horse we get it you dont like his company move onAh so he must be talking about becoming a sponsor again then!
And really, slandering him? I have posted twice in response to threads concerning safety over the past two weeks. Somewhat baffling that a site would see the promotion of safety being slander. But that is your prerogative running this forum and I do understand the business rationale of the position.
Seeing as this site is fairly useless and my interest here has waned, feel free to go ahead and delete the account. Satisfy the vendor's conditions and give the cult following their allusion of victory. Win for everyone!
If you are looking for a UL approved fixture, I am sure you can find one.So is that confirmation that the certification was never obtained?
