some days I could easily use 3x my prescription so 18 grams...
when I roll I don't like to waste paper so I functionally try and fill that paper
as full as humanly possible....so 1 gram joints are very easy to consume back to back to back to back
that don't even include some edibles or juice

He told me 127, but maybe he got it wrong. My 10g/day is 49 plants, so 3X that would be 147. I didn't ask the Dr's name, but he is in the Nanaimo area.

Hmm 127 seems low
Well the health canada plant count break down is 5 plants indoors or 2 plants outdoors per gram a day prescribed. so by that math your friend would have 150 plants indoors or 60 outdoors. not sure where 127 came from but either way a nice size garden. I find it sad that the only way it to get over 5 grams a day costs an exorbitant amount of money !!!
THIS system is broken !!

You can get plant counts and storage limits using this Plant Calculator.

It doesn't follow the exact 5/2 rule but pretty close. The biggest storage limits are for outdoor growing only and that makes sense I guess with 7,125g for the 19 plants a 10g/day limit will get you for outdoors.

:peace:

I have a couple questions

Were you enrolled in the mmpr prior to enrolling in the acmpr, if so did you have a MCR#?

Did you need to have an MCR# in order to enroll in the acmpr?
Yeah I was enrolled in MMPR and had an ATP.

The ACMPR is not affiliated at all and a is a completely new program. They didn't want to hear about my MMPR or want it back. Don't need an MCR#, although I have one now....

The medical prescription won't have anything about growing on it. It should just have your grams per day
And length of your prescription.

Unfortunately you need to join up with any LP to get your "intern supply " well you grow gets up and running. Not sure if you actually need to buy anything though.
Close, but not quite. You do not need to join an LP.

HC says you are correct....

illegal....... legal in their eyes or the courts may be the real question, I do not know......
So if you use your own seeds or strains, do the good people at HC now have the power to not renew your licence in a year from now ??

Has anyone that checked NO gotten their licence back
Yes

Ok mine is started going for 30 grams BUT could get 40 is I had access to my cat scans BUT my specialist has retired and I've gotten no where with getting a doctors to get a copy of them from the hospital. I'm gonna go in back to the doc as I've had bad tendonitis in my right shoulder and the doc said go to physio and physio after some session said go back to doc as my physic could do more damage lol and the pain in 24/7 I'll report back on how it goes.

It may be different in Ontario, but I just went to the hospital and asked for all my patient records, MRIs too. Cost me 8-9 cents a page. Took 4-5 business days but everything was organized chronologically. Didnt even ask my doc. I just went to the patient info desk and asked where a patient obtains their records. Its a legal right and they have to provide it
