Weird looking leaves

Pineapple express. I only have one so nothing to compare it too but does the leaves look weird? I thought maybe the lights, 65w cfl, are too close but I have 3 other seedlings that look fine. Is it maybe just the strain?

Just looks like the leaves, more so one than the other, is crinkled where it comes out and is kinda humped up compared to these which is a different strain.

yes, but tis not weird, happens, ya can't compare what one strain is doin to another

rapid growth causes that, parts of the leaf grow faster than other parts, causing humps and wrinkles, its fine, give it a few days and it'll grow into all of it

Mutated growth also happens and would be considered normal if genetic

Not genetics? could be PH off a tad or light is too close

young plants are very sensitive to things like that, let them get a little bigger and they'll start shrugging the small stuff off.

Not sure of the genetics. Its G13 Labs Pineapple Express #2. Its receiving the same exact conditions as the C99 seedlings. That's it on the right.

Which means nothing at all as different strains express differently and have different needs. When growing more than one strain it is common to adjust things as best overall for all and some will still be somewhat unhappy

After you've watched em for 4 decades let me know how many times you see it

let it grow out, it'll be ok, seen plenty start like that and grow out of it after a few sets of leaves
